Need to Drink Water?


Some say do not drink much water. Just take a sip of only two, this is for youthful hints. Some say to drink 8 glasses a day. Which one is correct?

The first opinion, is not correct. How can the second? Not quite right! "8 glasses a day" is a legend that has been accepted as fact.

Journal of Psychology revealed that there is no scientific evidence that supports the "8 glasses a day." Not saying we do not need water. But the advice that we take 8 glasses a day is not good advice.

First, Drink water repeatedly throughout the day. By drinking 8 glasses in the morning and believe that you are drinking enough water during the day is dangerous.

Those who drank the water, but only with half a glass, at every hour are very energetic.

  Of which must be drunk? depending on the weather and the activities you perform on the day. More to drink, if you run a lot of activity then it is more than 8 glasses. But not too much anyway. Why? drinking too much can lead to water intoxication, if we refrain from urinating.

Warning: More drinking water, the more you need to replace electrolytes. Where to obtain supplies electrolytes? From sports drinks such as 100 Plus, Excel etc..

Wait a bit, before going to the supermarket to buy the drink, there's a tip for you. Add a pinch of salt to each gallon of drinking water. Then you have enough supply of electrolytes. Of course water sports drink manufacturers do not tell us about it.
